BIO
As the Vice Chair and head of the Human Relations (HR) Committee, Kelsey wants to help Rainbow Café be a force for good in the community, as well as a great place to work. She enjoys strategic decision-making, clear communication, and empowering people to do their best work. The visible presence of Rainbow Café was a factor in Kelsey's decision to move to the area, and she wants to help Rainbow Café serve the Southern Illinois community for many years to come.
