BIO
The role of the board chair is ultimately to keep the organization on task to fulfill our mission and goals. Kim facilitates board meetings, puts change into motion, and strives for effectiveness. They will continue to work with the rest of Rainbow Cafe to listen and collaborate with others to build a stronger, safer community. 

The need for a safe affirming space for our LGBTQIA+ community fuels my motivation.  I strive to contribute to a place that provides resources and is constantly searching for more opportunities.
