Rainbow Cafe provides a safe and welcoming environment for those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, gender expansive, queer, intersex, asexual, or questioning their orientation and/or gender identity, as well as their friends and family. For 25 years, Rainbow Cafe has created an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ people to access non-judgmental support and access to personal, community, spiritual, and health resources in Southern Illinois.
