What kind of coffee do you serve?
Our longest standing question… we have proudly not served coffee since 2000! While we don’t sell coffee day to day, we do have Queer Coffee Hour on the 4th Sunday of every month where we do actually sell coffee, tea, and pastries to help raise money for programming. Our founders chose the term “cafe” to refer to us as a space to hangout!

What services do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of services outside of programming and events. Some examples are our LGBTQ+ focused library, a computer lab, art supplies, board games, community resource navigation, advocacy meetings, contraceptives, and harm reduction supplies!
What if I am not a part of the LGBTQ+ community?
That is okay! We support you as well! As long as you are an ally to the community all of our offerings are for you too. While we may focus on providing access to and meeting the needs of the LGBTQ+ community, many of our services expand to folks who are not LGBTQ+ as well.
Where can I park?
There is unmetered parking in front of RC along N Illinois Ave, metered parking to the side of RC along W Jackson St, and across the street from RC in the City Pavilion parking lot that can be accessed from E Jackson St.
Do you do HIV/STI testing, counseling, or other health and wellness services?
At our partner organization, RCHW (Rainbow Community Health & Wellness) we offer several different health and wellness services like; free HIV/STI testing, sliding scale behavioral health services, wellness coaching, case management, patient advocacy, injection support, recovery support, and so much more!

What is today's special?
While we may not have a traditional cafe menu, we do sell tons of LGBTQ+ inclusive merchandise at RC. We have pride flags, stickers, pins, crochet pets, mugs, fans, and so much more! Except coffee…
What type of items do you accept as donations?
We are always grateful for any offerings of donations. Some of the items we accept are unused toiletries, art supplies, board games, books, food items, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We from time to time also accept donations of furniture, binders, and other items. If you would like to donate items, or have any questions about a potential donation please email [email protected]!
