Rainbow Cafe LGBTQ Center's vision is to advance the entire Southern Illinois community to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming. That's why we want to help you take your business, school, or function to the next level with highly trained facilitators and speakers. Our trainings are intended to be judgment-free, trauma-informed, and supportive spaces.
Trainings generally take two to three hours, but can vary depending on group needs, prior knowledge, and size. We have both pre-planned workshops and customized work for individual needs - in the past, we've done trainings and workshops at various local businesses, schools, colleges, and other agencies.
