Our benefits support the holistic wellbeing of our staff, from their financial security to their mental and physical health. 

Paid Time Off. To avoid burn-out, we take pride in our paid time off policy to allow staff balance their needs and careers. All full-time and part-time employees earns 2.25 hours of accrued paid vacation per 40 hours works, in addition to paid time off accrual at one hour per 40 worked. All Rainbow Cafe employees also get New Year's Day, July 4th, Labor Day or Marsha P. Johnson Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and one winter holiday off of their choice.
