BIO
Dr. Jeffrey Kellogg, a clinical child and adolescent psychologist, joined the Board in 2002 and currently serves as co-chair of Human Relations. Dr. Kellogg has practiced in Southern Illinois since 1982. He is an adjunct Assistant Professor with the SIU School of Psychological and Behavioral Sciences and supervises doctoral students in clinical child psychology. He is the regional representative to the Illinois Psychological Association and the rural psychology liaison to the American Psychological Association. He is an affirming and supportive therapist to youth, young adults and their families.
